To work with a sales team within Mygocu, so that the sales representative can share the experience and reservations are automatically assigned to them, the following steps must be followed:
The sales representative signs up in Mygocu as a normal client. Alternatively, from the administration panel, the agency staff can create a new client profile from the CRM/Registered module.
From the administration panel, the agency staff assigns the role of “sales representative” to that profile.
The agency staff enters the experience they want the sales representative to be able to sell, clicks on the “Share” tab, then on the blue “+ Share” button, selects the “With a collaborator” option, and configures the desired options. Normally this will be: Commission = 0% and with no boxes checked.
Next, the “Sales/Influencer” option is selected, and in this dropdown menu, all the people with the sales representative role will appear.
Once the sales representatives are selected, click “Send.”
Finally, the sales representative must log in to Mygocu, go to the trip they want to market, and click on the “Share” button. The generated link already includes the tracking for that sales representative within the same URL.
In case the client did not share the link in this way and the reservation was not automatically assigned to the sales representative, then these steps must be followed:
Steps 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 remain the same.
The agency staff must enter the reservation they want to assign to a sales representative. Click on the top button “+ Actions on the reservation” and select the option “Assign/Change Sales Representative.”
In the “Assign Sales Representative” dropdown, all the sales representatives who were allowed to share that experience will appear. The user selects the appropriate one.
Additionally, there is a checkbox called “Assign to all group reservations,” which allows assigning the same sales representative to the rest of the travelers in that same booking.
