Steps to make the change:
1. Access the relevant booking:
Locate the booking of the person or group you want to move.
2. Click on the “More actions on the booking” button:
This button is located at the top right corner of the booking screen.
3. Select the “Change room” option.
4. Choose how many people you want to move:
If it’s an individual booking, you can choose to move just one person.
If it’s a group booking, you can choose to move all people together.
5. Choose where you want to move them:
Decide whether you want to move the person(s) to:
Existing room: Select the trip and the room already created. If there’s availability in that room, you’ll be able to move them there.
New room: Create a new room for these people.
No accommodation: Select this option if lodging is not required.
6. If you selected a new room, choose the quota:
Existing quota: If you already have a quota created for the room you want to move the person/group to.
New quota: If you don’t have a quota created for the destination room. In this case, a new room will be created.
⚠️ Be careful not to create additional rooms that haven’t been confirmed or accounted for.
7. Confirm the change:
Once you’ve completed the previous steps, review the details and confirm the action.

Moving people within the same experience (e.g., reassigning rooms).
Moving people or entire groups from one experience to another.
